Partner, Employment & Labor — Philadelphia

Leading national law firm is seeking a Partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in the Philadelphia office. The role will involve counseling and litigating a broad range of workplace matters for employers across industries, including discrimination, wage-and-hour, labor relations and employment contract disputes.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling high-stakes cases and preventive counseling, contributing to practice growth and client development. This is an opportunity to leverage an existing client base while collaborating with cross-practice teams on complex employment matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including trial and litigation experience
• Admitted to the Pennsylvania bar (or eligible for reciprocity) and authorized to practice in relevant jurisdictions
• Proven record of client development and ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary matters
