Senior hire sought to lead and grow an employment and labor practice in the Richmond office of a major national law firm. The role combines courtroom-facing labor litigation, counseling for employers, and representation in collective bargaining and administrative proceedings.

The partner will take responsibility for building client relationships, mentoring associates, and coordinating with national practice teams to handle regional and multi-jurisdictional matters. This is an opportunity to shape a market-facing practice with significant autonomy and firm-wide support.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Proven experience representing employers in employment litigation, labor negotiations, and regulatory matters
  • Demonstrated business development ability and experience mentoring associate-level attorneys
