Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor — San Francisco

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco employment and labor practice. The role will combine litigation, counseling and client advisory work across a diverse employer base.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, develop new business, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with colleagues across offices on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including representation of employers in litigation and counseling
• Proven business development and client management skills
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in California
