Leading national employment and labor practice seeking a lateral partner to join its San Francisco office. The role will focus on advising employers across a range of workforce matters, including complex litigation, counseling, and employee benefits issues.

The successful candidate will help grow a high-performing team, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts in the Bay Area market.

• Established track record as a partner in employment & labor law with demonstrable client relationships
• Experience handling complex employment litigation and counseling matters, including employee benefits
• Bar admission in California (or eligibility) and strong courtroom and negotiation skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
