Seeking a partner to lead and grow an established employment and labor practice in the Seattle office. The role will involve advising employers on a broad range of employment, labor and benefits matters, handling litigation and counseling clients on compliance and workplace policies.

The successful candidate will join a team that handles complex, high‑profile matters for regional and national employers and will have opportunities to originate work, mentor junior lawyers, and expand practice capabilities in the Pacific Northwest.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including counseling and litigation
  • Admission to practice in Washington state (or ability and willingness to transfer)
  • Track record of business development and client relationship management
