Senior lateral partner opportunity to join a busy employment and labor practice in Seattle. The role centers on representing employers in complex discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class/collective action matters, along with counseling on employment compliance and risk management.

The successful candidate will lead significant litigation and trial work, manage and develop a team of associates, and play a visible role in business development for the practice. This is a partner-level role with responsibility for client relationships and matter leadership.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Established experience handling discrimination, wage & hour, and class-action litigation for employers
  • Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships and business development
  • Ability to manage and mentor associates and lead trial-ready teams
  • Bar admission in Washington or eligibility to transfer/obtain admission
