A well-established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in Tampa. The role will combine partner-level client relationship management, matter supervision and active business development across contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The successful candidate will lead and grow a team, work closely with regional and national practice colleagues, and counsel clients on workforce strategies, employment litigation, collective bargaining, wage-and-hour matters and regulatory compliance.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including litigation and counseling
  • Track record of originating and developing client relationships and winning new business
  • Ability to lead teams and mentor senior and junior lawyers
  • Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
