A well-established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in Tampa. The role will combine partner-level client relationship management, matter supervision and active business development across contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The successful candidate will lead and grow a team, work closely with regional and national practice colleagues, and counsel clients on workforce strategies, employment litigation, collective bargaining, wage-and-hour matters and regulatory compliance.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including litigation and counseling
Track record of originating and developing client relationships and winning new business
Ability to lead teams and mentor senior and junior lawyers
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
