The successful candidate will join a broad team handling high-stakes workplace disputes, collective bargaining and compliance counseling, with opportunities to develop client relationships across public- and private-sector clients.
This is a business-development focused partner role with responsibilities for client origination, practice management, and mentoring associates.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including litigation and counseling
- Washington, D.C. bar admission (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to practice in relevant jurisdictions
- Demonstrated track record of business development and team leadership
