Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow an established Employment & Labor practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on counseling employers and representing them in complex labor, employment litigation, and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will join a broad team handling high-stakes workplace disputes, collective bargaining and compliance counseling, with opportunities to develop client relationships across public- and private-sector clients.

This is a business-development focused partner role with responsibilities for client origination, practice management, and mentoring associates.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including litigation and counseling
  • Washington, D.C. bar admission (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to practice in relevant jurisdictions
  • Demonstrated track record of business development and team leadership
