Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on handling complex labor and employment matters for a broad roster of corporate and institutional clients, with opportunities to lead litigation, counseling, and preventative-employment work.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to develop and expand client relationships, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to practice growth and strategic initiatives.

  • Significant partner-level experience in labor and employment law, including litigation and counseling
  • Proven track record of originating and developing client work
  • Admission to practice in the District of Columbia or ability to become admitted
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
