Established national employment practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office. The role will focus on high-stakes litigation and counseling matters across discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class-action areas, working with an experienced team on regional and national matters.

The successful candidate will contribute litigation leadership, handle client-facing responsibilities, and help grow the office s practice through business development and cross-office collaboration. This is a hands-on role with significant opportunity to shape case strategy and drive client relationships.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Established litigation track record in discrimination, wage & hour, and class-action matters
  • Demonstrated client development and relationship-management skills
  • Bar admission (or eligibility) in D.C.; courtroom and trial experience preferred
