Lateral Partner, Energy & Environmental — Austin

Senior energy regulatory partner role within a large national law practice, based in Austin. The position will focus on transactional work in the energy and renewable sectors and will involve counselling clients on regulatory matters.

The partner will lead and develop a team, manage significant client relationships, and drive business development in the region. Prior experience with FERC or other energy regulatory bodies is a strong plus.

• Lateral Partner level with a strong background in energy transactions and renewables
• 10+ years of relevant private practice experience (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience advising on energy regulatory matters; FERC experience preferred
• Track record of leading deal teams and developing client relationships
• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
