Lateral Partner, Energy & Environmental — Charleston

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Energy & Environmental practice in the Charleston office. The role will focus on energy tax, renewable energy projects, oil & gas matters, and maritime construction-related matters, advising clients across transactional, regulatory and project-development work.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, lead deal teams and help grow the regional practice. This is an opportunity to work with an established, multidisciplinary group handling complex energy and infrastructure matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in energy, energy tax, or related infrastructure work
• Experience with renewable energy, oil & gas, or maritime construction matters preferred
• Proven track record of client origination and team leadership
• Licensed to practice in South Carolina or eligible for admission
