Lateral Partner — Tax & Energy — Charleston

Senior tax partner opportunity to lead and grow a tax-focused energy practice in Charleston. The role will focus on advising energy companies and investors on transactional tax, structuring, and regulatory tax matters across the energy sector.

The partner will take responsibility for originating work, managing client relationships, and supervising a team of tax lawyers and staff. Expect a mix of complex transactional advisory, tax planning, and regulatory counseling for corporate and project-level matters.

We are seeking a commercially minded leader able to develop business, mentor associates, and collaborate with other practice groups on cross-disciplinary energy matters.
