Lateral Partner, Energy & Environmental Litigation — Philadelphia

Seeking a partner to lead and expand a market-facing energy and environmental practice from the Philadelphia office. The role combines transactional, regulatory and contentious work across energy infrastructure and environmental matters.

Ideal candidate will advise clients on regulatory compliance, permitting, and enforcement defense, and manage complex litigation and cross-border transactional aspects. You will lead client development, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with national practice teams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record of partner-level client development in energy or environmental matters
• Extensive experience handling regulatory, permitting and related litigation matters
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work with national teams
