Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental — Philadelphia

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to build and lead its Energy & Environmental practice from the Philadelphia office. The role offers a chance to establish a regional practice presence following a recent office opening and to work on a broad range of regulatory, permitting, and transactional matters in the energy and environmental space.

The successful candidate will join an established team and have access to firm resources and cross-office colleagues to support matter execution and business development. This is an opportunity to shape practice strategy and grow client relationships in the region.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, including regulatory and permitting matters
• Proven business development skills and a track record of originating/expanding client relationships
• Admission to practice in Pennsylvania or ability to qualify promptly
