Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental, Milan

Established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Milan. The role focuses on advising sponsors, project companies and lenders on energy, infrastructure and regulatory matters across Italy and cross‑border transactions.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, originate new instructions and work across multidisciplinary teams on project development, permitting, regulatory compliance and energy transition matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in energy and infrastructure transactions and regulatory matters
• Experience leading teams and originating business in the Italian market
• Fluent Italian and strong English language skills for cross‑border work
