Partner, Healthcare (Life Sciences) - Milan

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a healthcare and life sciences practice from the firm's Milan office. The role is client-facing and origination-focused, combining matter leadership with business development across pharmaceuticals, medtech and related regulatory work.

This is a location‑agile role with expectation to work with domestic and international clients. The successful candidate will lead teams on complex transactions and regulatory matters and help shape practice strategy.

• Proven partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences matters, with significant transactional and/or regulatory work.
• Track record of originating and leading client engagements and managing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop new business in the sector.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and fluency in English; Italian language skills preferred.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
