Senior lateral partner role to lead and grow a Technology, Media and Entertainment (TMT) practice from the Milan office. The role focuses on advising corporations, investors and tech companies on commercial technology matters, media and content transactions, and telecom-related deals, often with cross-border elements.

The successful candidate will combine deep technical transactional experience with business development ability, working closely with international teams to win and service clients across Europe and globally. The position includes practice leadership responsibilities and mentoring of junior lawyers.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record advising on technology transactions, media/content matters and telecommunications work
Demonstrable business development and client relationship skills; experience originating and growing mandates
Experience leading teams and managing cross-border, multi-jurisdictional matters
Qualified to practise in Italy or otherwise eligible; fluent English and Italian
