Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Philadelphia

Leading law firm seeks a partner to join its Philadelphia compliance and regulatory team, advising on cybersecurity, privacy and data protection, international trade, and energy & environmental matters across domestic and cross-border contexts.

The role combines client-facing counseling on regulatory risk, incident response and trade controls with partner-level business development and team leadership across related industry sectors including healthcare and communications.

This is a senior lateral opportunity for an experienced lawyer who can grow practice lines, manage complex multi-jurisdictional matters, and mentor junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in regulatory, privacy/cybersecurity, and international trade matters
• Experience advising on energy/environmental and healthcare regulatory issues preferred
• Proven business development skills and prior partner-level leadership
• Active bar admission and significant senior-level experience
