Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental, Richmond

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an established energy and environmental practice in Richmond. The role will handle regulatory, permitting, project development and transactional matters for infrastructure and energy-sector clients across the region.

The successful candidate will join a cross-office team that advises on complex energy projects and environmental compliance, with opportunities to originate work and expand client relationships on an interstate platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law, including project development and regulatory matters
• Track record of client origination and practice development
• Active bar admission in the relevant state or ability to qualify
