Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental — Sacramento

Senior transactional and regulatory partner opportunity with a well-established national firm seeking an experienced Energy & Environmental lawyer to join its Sacramento office. The role will focus on regulatory counseling, environmental compliance, permitting, and matters involving federal agencies such as the EPA.

Ideal candidates will bring deep subject-matter expertise in energy projects and environmental regulation, proven leadership on matters involving state and federal regulators, and an ability to grow and advise a diverse client base across the energy sector.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, including regulatory and permitting work
• Demonstrated track record with EPA or other federal/state regulatory matters preferred
• Proven client development and practice leadership skills; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
