Partner, Energy & Environmental — Sacramento

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-regarded national practice focusing on energy and environmental matters. The role will support complex energy and infrastructure transactions, regulatory matters, and project development across the United States.

This position is being recruited on a location-agnostic basis with flexibility on evaluation and compensation structures. The successful candidate will be expected to help grow the practice and originate work while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of specialists.

• Established track record as a partner or equivalent in energy/infrastructure work
• Significant experience advising on project development, transactional or regulatory matters in the energy sector
• Proven business development and client management capabilities
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to work on U.S. matters
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
