Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental, Tampa

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in the Tampa office. This role will focus on regulatory and counseling work for energy-sector clients, with an emphasis on environmental compliance and agency engagement.

The successful candidate will blend substantive technical knowledge (EPA and other environmental regulatory frameworks preferred) with business development capability to grow a regional practice. This is an opportunity to lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and shape client strategy across energy and environmental issues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience advising energy clients on environmental/regulatory matters
• Demonstrable business development record and client relationships
• Admitted to practice and able to contribute locally from day one
