Lateral Partner Finance & Energy - Tampa

Leading U.S. law firm is seeking an experienced partner to grow and lead finance work within its energy and renewables practice in Tampa. The role focuses on project finance and renewable energy transactions across the U.S., advising sponsors, lenders and developers.

The successful candidate will take a senior leadership role in originating and executing complex financings, developing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers. The team handles a mix of structured debt, tax equity, and project-level financing matters.
