Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking and Insurance — Minneapolis

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a Finance & Banking practice with a strong insurance-focus from the Minneapolis office. The role combines high-level client advisory, origination and team leadership across financing transactions and insurance-related matters.

The successful candidate will drive business development, manage complex deals and supervise associates while collaborating with national practice teams. This is an opportunity to shape a growing practice and deepen relationships with regional and national clients.

• Proven track record of originating and executing finance and insurance-related matters
• Established client relationships and demonstrable business development ability
