Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking — Minneapolis

Seeking a senior finance partner to join a national full-service firm’s Minneapolis finance team. The role will focus on a broad lending platform including commercial lending, consumer finance and card programs, and public finance matters.

Ideal candidates will bring established client relationships, a proven track record leading transactions and regulatory work, and the ability to grow a cross-practice finance book in a collaborative team environment.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Partner-level experience in lending and consumer finance (including card programs) and/or public finance
• Demonstrated client relationships and business development capability
• Strong transactional and regulatory experience across finance matters
