Lateral Partner, Finance & Capital Markets — Berlin

Leading international firm seeks a Frankfurt- or Berlin-based partner to strengthen its finance and capital markets offering in Germany. The role will focus on high-value capital markets transactions, cross-border financing and advising corporate and financial institution clients.

The successful candidate will take a senior leadership role within the team, working on complex deals, mentoring associates and driving business development across German and international markets. This is an opportunity to join an established practice with significant Europe-wide workstreams.
