Partner, Finance & Banking – Berlin

Senior finance partner role within a major German practice, joining a market-facing team that advises banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on complex financing matters. The role combines client relationship leadership with originating and executing syndicated lending, acquisition finance and refinance work.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for developing new business in the region while managing and mentoring a team of finance lawyers. This is a hands-on, high-profile partnership opportunity based in Berlin.

• Portable book of business of $500k+ (USD)
• Proven track record advising on banking and finance transactions and on leading client relationships at partner level
• Ability to lead and develop a team and to originate new mandates
