Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking & Corporate, Minneapolis

Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to lead and grow a Finance & Banking and Corporate practice in the Minneapolis office of a national full-service firm. The role will focus on advising investment- and asset-management clients and handling complex transactional and regulatory matters across fund formation, investment vehicles and related corporate work.

The partner will manage and mentor a team, develop client relationships, and drive business development for the practice. The position offers opportunity to shape service delivery, coordinate with cross-practice teams, and expand a regional client base.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in finance/corporate work, with experience advising investment- or asset-management clients
• Demonstrable business development and client-management capabilities
• Admissions and licensure to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; ability to work on cross-border matters as needed
