Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking / Corporate, Salt Lake City

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a finance-focused corporate practice in Salt Lake City. The role will combine transactional finance work with private credit and private equity-related mandates across regional and national clients.

We are seeking an experienced rainmaker to take responsibility for originating business, managing client relationships and building a compact team. The position offers a partner-level platform within a well-regarded firm with national finance capability.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in corporate finance, banking transactions and private credit or private equity matters
• Significant partner-level origination and client-management experience
• Ability to lead and mentor associates and work collaboratively across practice groups
