Senior partner hire to lead and grow a finance-focused corporate practice in Salt Lake City. The role will combine transactional finance work with private credit and private equity-related mandates across regional and national clients.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record in corporate finance, banking transactions and private credit or private equity matters
Significant partner-level origination and client-management experience
Ability to lead and mentor associates and work collaboratively across practice groups
