Lateral Partner, Securities & Finance — Salt Lake City

Senior partner opportunity for an experienced securities and finance practitioner to join a well-established team in Salt Lake City. The role will combine leadership on complex securities matters, transactional finance work and high-stakes investment-management and regulatory disputes.

Successful candidates will steward key client relationships, lead matter teams, and play an active role in business development and practice growth across the region. The team advises institutional clients, asset managers and corporate issuers on regulatory, transactional and enforcement-related issues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in securities, investment-management and finance matters
• Track record of leading deal and litigation teams and developing client relationships
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
