Partner, Finance & Banking — Salt Lake City

Experienced finance partner sought to join a national full-service law firm’s finance and banking practice in Salt Lake City. The role will focus on originating and leading complex lending matters across commercial lending, consumer finance (including card), and public finance, and will collaborate with litigation colleagues on commercial disputes.

The successful candidate will lead client development in the region, mentor junior lawyers, and work on cross-practice matters for sophisticated corporate and institutional clients. This is an opportunity to join an established team with nationwide capabilities while building a local book of business.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in commercial lending and consumer finance matters
• Experience advising on public finance and related transactional work
• Demonstrated client origination and team leadership ability
