Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking & Corporate — Salt Lake City

Leading international firm is seeking a partner to join its Salt Lake City finance and corporate practice groups, with a strong focus on asset and investment management work. The role will handle complex transactional matters, advise institutional and sponsor clients, and help grow regional capabilities.

The successful candidate will be an experienced deal lawyer who can originate and execute fund, investment management and related finance transactions, mentor a small team, and collaborate with national practice leads. This is an opportunity to establish a visible market position in a growing office.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in asset management / investment management transactions
• Proven origination record and ability to lead complex financings and fund-related deals
• Strong client relationship and team leadership skills; admitted to practice in relevant US jurisdiction or eligible
