Senior transactional partner role focused on finance & banking, corporate transactions and securities work. The role sits in the firm’s Miami office and will lead client engagements across private equity, venture capital and capital-markets matters.

Ideal candidate will combine a strong track record advising sponsors, issuers and financiers with business development leadership and team management across cross-practice transactions.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in finance, corporate and securities work, especially private equity, venture capital or capital markets transactions
Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships and lead deal teams
Authorized or able to become authorized to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
