Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking / Corporate / Securities — Miami

Senior transactional partner role focused on finance & banking, corporate transactions and securities work. The role sits in the firm’s Miami office and will lead client engagements across private equity, venture capital and capital-markets matters.

Ideal candidate will combine a strong track record advising sponsors, issuers and financiers with business development leadership and team management across cross-practice transactions.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in finance, corporate and securities work, especially private equity, venture capital or capital markets transactions
• Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships and lead deal teams
• Authorized or able to become authorized to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
