Senior partner hire to lead and expand a finance and insurance practice in the Denver office of a leading US law firm. The role focuses on transactional and regulatory matters across financial services and insurance sectors, with an emphasis on originating client relationships and managing complex engagements.

Work will include lending and structured finance, regulatory counseling, and transactional insurance matters (excluding insurer-coverage defense litigation). The team is looking for a market-facing partner who will build and mentor a local practice and collaborate with national colleagues on cross‑border and multi‑disciplinary matters.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record of originating and growing client relationships in finance and/or insurance
Significant partner-level experience in transactional finance, regulatory matters, or insurance transactional work
Ability to lead and develop a team and work collaboratively across offices
Active bar admission and strong professional reputation in the Denver market
