Senior partner opportunity in a full-service US law firm seeking experienced lateral partners to strengthen its Intellectual Property, Corporate and Litigation practices in Greenville. The group is actively expanding its IP and corporate capabilities, with particular emphasis on patent and IP litigation and corporate governance matters.

The team is prioritizing growth in Southeast offices but will consider strong candidates for other US locations. The firm offers flexible compensation arrangements, with equity considered on a case-by-case basis, and encourages collaborative cross-office opportunities to build or expand a practice.
