Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking — Minneapolis

Senior finance partner role in a well-established firm seeking a market-facing lawyer to lead and grow leveraged and structured finance work from the Minneapolis office. The role combines client origination, deal execution and team leadership across leveraged/structured finance matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative finance team and work on a mix of syndicated loans, secured financings and bespoke structured transactions for corporate and sponsor clients. This is an opportunity to shape practice strategy and expand a regional/national footprint.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
• Significant partner-level experience originating and leading complex financings
• Ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers and build client relationships
