The role focuses on advising lenders and corporate borrowers across commercial lending, syndicated and structured finance, and asset-based lending.
The incoming partner will join a collaborative finance team, take a lead role on originating and managing client relationships, and help grow the practice through business development and mentor junior lawyers.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven track record in commercial lending, syndicated loans, and structured finance transactions
- Strong origination and client-management skills
- Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in the United States
