Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Litigation — Morristown

Seeking a lateral partner to join an established IP litigation practice in Morristown. The role will focus on leading contested patent and trademark matters, advising on IP strategy, and managing a litigation team across federal and state courts.

The hire will help grow a recently opened regional office and will be expected to originate and deepen client relationships while working collaboratively with national practice colleagues.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Extensive IP litigation experience, including federal court and PTAB matters
• Proven track record of client development and team leadership
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to transfer
