Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking, San Francisco

Senior finance partner role in a well-established international law firm’s San Francisco office. The role focuses on leading banking and general finance matters, advising lenders and borrowers across a range of transactions, and expanding the practice footprint in the region.

The successful candidate will combine a strong technical practice with proven origination and client-management skills, mentor and lead junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-office teams on regional and national matters.

• Proven track record in banking and finance transactions (syndicated loans, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, or similar)
• Demonstrable client origination and relationship management skills
• Experience leading and mentoring teams on complex financings
• Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
