Top-tier international law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Finance and Corporate practice in Boston, with a primary focus on asset management and investment management work. The role will lead client engagements, originate mandates, and develop business across institutional asset managers and related financial services clients.

The partner will join an integrated platform with deep financing and corporate capabilities and significant cross-border deal flow. The team offers strong support from senior partners and an established client base while expecting the incoming partner to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.
