Lateral Partner — Finance & Energy (Houston)

Senior partner-level opportunity to lead and grow a transactional finance practice focused on project finance and renewable energy in Houston. The role will advise sponsors, lenders and developers on financings and related transactions across the energy transition and infrastructure sectors.

Ideal candidate will combine deep project finance and energy-sector experience with a track record of originating and executing complex financings. The role includes business development, client relationship leadership, and mentoring junior lawyers.
