The role will advise sponsors, developers, lenders and investors on complex financing structures across the clean-energy sector.
Responsibilities include originating new business, managing cross‑disciplinary deal teams, supervising associates, and shaping the strategic direction of the practice in the region. The team works on both domestic and U.S.-focused transactions.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established track record in project finance and energy/renewables transactions
- Proven origination and client‑development capability at partner level
- Experience managing deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
- Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
