Lateral Partner — Healthcare & Litigation — Fargo

Seeking a partner-level litigation lawyer to lead and grow a healthcare and life sciences litigation practice in the firm's Fargo office. The role will handle complex commercial and regulatory disputes for healthcare clients and work cross-functionally with national teams.

The partner will manage and mentor associates, handle trial and appellate matters as needed, and play a central role in originating and expanding client relationships in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level litigation experience in healthcare or life sciences disputes
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships
• Strong trial, motion practice, and team management skills; admission or eligibility in the relevant jurisdiction
