Lateral Partner, Litigation & Employment — Fargo

Experienced trial-oriented partner sought to lead and expand a broad commercial litigation and employment practice in Fargo. The role will handle complex matters across professional liability, healthcare-related disputes and construction litigation for a diverse private-client base.

This is an opportunity to run a litigation team, originate and manage matters, and deepen client relationships while working with a regional office that handles both local and multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in commercial litigation and labor & employment matters
• Experience with professional liability, healthcare and/or construction disputes
• Client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to grow practice
• Bar admission and substantial trial or contested-hearing experience
