Lateral Partner, Litigation & Securities — Fargo

Leading national law firm seeks a seasoned litigation partner to join its Fargo office to expand and lead contentious securities and white‑collar practices. The role combines courtroom work, complex securities disputes, and representations of private clients across regulatory and enforcement matters.

The successful candidate will have a track record of originating and managing litigation matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and developing client relationships in the region. This is a senior role with responsibility for growing a practice and integrating with an established litigation team.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level litigation experience, including securities and white-collar matters
• Strong trial and motion practice, with experience managing teams
• Demonstrated client development and relationship management skills
