Lateral Partner — Healthcare Litigation — Fresno

Senior litigation partner role to lead and grow a healthcare-focused practice in the Fresno office of a national law firm. The role emphasizes complex healthcare and life sciences litigation and regulatory defense across state and federal forums.

The partner will manage and mentor a litigation team, handle high-stakes matters from pleadings through trial, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues to deliver coordinated client advice. Strong client-facing experience and a proven track record in business development are essential.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive healthcare and life‑sciences litigation experience, including trial and motion practice
• Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships
• Experience supervising associates and managing matter budgets and staffing
• Active bar admission in California (or eligibility) and strong local market relationships
