Experienced litigation partner opportunity in Fresno focusing on securities-related litigation and white-collar defense work. The role will lead litigation matters, manage client relationships, and supervise associates on complex contested matters for private clients.

The team handles a broad range of commercial and regulatory disputes; the successful candidate will be expected to build and steward a litigation practice in the region and work closely with cross‑practice colleagues on securities and related matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant courtroom and trial or contested matter experience in securities/white‑collar litigation
• Proven business development record and client-management skills
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers and manage matter budgets
• Active bar admission in California or ability to become admitted
