Partner, Employment & Labor — Fresno

Seeking an experienced litigation partner to lead and grow an employment & labor practice in Fresno. The role focuses on defense-side and counseling work across employment litigation and traditional labor matters, managing complex cases and advising employers.

The partner will join a team handling high-volume and high-stakes matters, supervising associates and collaborating with regional colleagues. Significant client-facing responsibility and business development leadership are expected.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in employment litigation and labor matters
• Experience managing teams of associates and supervising cases from intake through trial
• Strong business development skills and established local/regional relationships
