- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Significant healthcare litigation experience, including trial and motion practice
- Proven business development record and client relationship skills
- Experience supervising associates and managing matters end‑to‑end
- Active bar admission in Nevada or ability to obtain admission
